1. What We Collect
We operate one simple contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- The fields you complete (name, email, organisation, message).
- A Cloudflare Turnstile token so we know the request came from a person.
We do not collect analytics, behavioural data, ad identifiers, or tracking cookies. We do not embed third-party scripts that fingerprint you.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your submission to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. That is it. We do not sell, rent, or exchange email addresses. We may reference past threads internally to make sure we understand context when you write back.
3. Storage & Security
Messages are stored in an encrypted email system and internal issue tracker with restricted access. We regularly review the mailbox and delete stale conversations that no longer serve a stewardship purpose.
4. Sharing
We only share your message if:
- You explicitly ask us to connect you with a partner organisation, or
- We are required to do so by law.
Otherwise, the correspondence stays between you and the Jane Foundation.
5. Your Rights
You can request a copy of the messages we hold, or ask us to delete a thread, by replying to the email chain or contacting privacy@janefoundation.org. We will acknowledge the request within 72 hours.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children, but we intentionally avoid collecting anything sensitive. If you believe a minor has contacted us, please let us know so we can delete the data immediately.
7. Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change. The most recent revision date is listed below.
